DIRECTIONS
Choose the proper sized Insole. Make sure the insole is shorter than your shoes – they cannot be trimmed. These are designed for placement in the forefoot area of your shoes, and not intended to extend to the heel. Place into footwear with the Hallux or ‘Morton’s Extension’ as far forward in your shoes as possible. Test for comfort. To adhere in position, remove one side of the enclosed self-adhesive sticker and apply to Insole. Expose the other side of the self-adhesive dot, position Insole carefully in shoes, press firmly. The Insoles can be moved from shoe to shoe.
For maximum comfort, position under an insole, orthotic or shoe liner.
Suggestion: Increase wearing time gradually. Designed to limit joint range of motion, these Rigid Inserts will feel unnatural and uncomfortable at first. We strongly recommend wearing them for only an hour or two for the first few days, gradually increasing wearing time. Do not use in super-flexible shoes.
CARE
